Tandy Bowen and Tyrone Johnson are two teenagers who discover they have supernatural powers after meeting randomly. In fact, their story begins eight years earlier, when their destinies have crossed for the first time and will be bound to remain tied, especially from the pain resulting from the loss of two relatives (her father and his brother), behind whose death hides the Roxxon society, corrupt and greedy. The two boys will have to learn about their skills and, assuming the pseudonyms of Cloak & Dagger, will try in every way to fight the evil in New Orleans and to discover more and more details about their past.
